Q: ​What Is Home Staging?​

A:  Home Staging allows you to market your home to the largest audience possible by maximizing your home’s potential while minimizing the flaws. This can be as simple as reducing clutter and reorganizing the space, or as complex as bringing in all new furniture and accessories, or somewhere in between. Each home is unique and will require a different variety of services but all start with an initial consultation, providing a full home evaluation including notes for improvements and updates. We help to clearly define all areas of the home to eliminate those distractions that will keep buyers from seeing and remembering the great features of your house.

 

 

Q: Why Should I Spend Money on a House I am Selling?

A:  Your home is generally your biggest investment. Investing in home staging will help to maximize your return on this investment. A few dollars on home staging will go a long way by ensuring that you sell your home FASTER, and for MORE money. All statistics show that the investment in staging your home is always LESS than your first price reduction! Did you know that only 10% of buyers have the ability to visualize a space? This is just ONE of the reasons that home staging is so important in today’s real estate market. Buyers are looking for a “Move-In-Ready” home and will pay more to get this. We are selling an experience....NOT just a home.

 

 

Q: What Is Re-Design?

A Re-Design...or Re-Style, takes the techniques from Home Staging, and applies them to your Daily Living... incorporating Style, and Function, with a Cohesive Design. We will create a Decor Home Plan,  

– Provide tips for Accessorizing, Styling...and More Effective Layouts for your most used rooms. 

We create a Lifestyle and Experience Catered to You..NOT for the Buyer, but for YOUR home :-)

 

Q: Does Another Level Design Do Construction or Renovation Projects?

A:  Nope, we provide Home Staging & Decorating assistance...and when applicable, ONLY minor update recommendations...for All of our services.

Any Project requiring extensive renovations would require the assistance of a separate Vendor, per we are Decor Design Consultants, NOT Interior Designers.

Depending on the project, we do keep a list of Vendors we will gladly provide to our Clients to assist when necessary.

 

Q: What Is Your Process?

A:  After you schedule your complimentary call, We will start off with a preliminary phone interview (up to 30 min) to discuss your needs and see if we're a good fit.  If we're both in agreement to proceed, we will send a more detailed Questionnaire...and/or Proposal, and schedule a Paid In-Home Consult, (Or via Zoom)...(typically up to 2hrs) and will assess your home room by room....and will provide a detailed, written report with a plan for what you'll need to transform your space!

 

 

Q: Do You Provide The Furnishings For Staging...Or The Decor For Holiday Decorating? 

A:  We have access to Furniture Rental Providers to assist with your rental needs. 

We Do Not currently rent furniture directly.  

 

A:  For Staging, Re-Design...and Seasonal/Holiday Decorating, we will create a Decor Plan on how to best beautify your space...and for your convenience, provide you with a shopping list, or do the shopping* for you, for any additional accessories needed.  

In addition, via our Partnership with a variety of Retail Merchants....we can often relay our Merchant Discounts to you!  

We will also extend to you our list of Vendors to help with additional services that may be beneficial..... 

(e.g., Exterior Holiday Lighting.....Painting).  

However, ANY Additional Decor and Accessories needed are NOT included in our pricing, and would need to be purchased separately.
